Your details & privacy

We use the birth details you enter to calculate your horoscope on this website’s server. They are not sent to an external astrology API. If you order a report, your chart, email and payment reference are stored in this site’s database for fulfilment and support, accessible to the administrator. Contact the practice for retention or deletion requests.

Your most recent result is held in your server session and is accessible for up to one hour. Use “Clear my result” to remove it from the active session. Session-file cleanup timing and backups are controlled by the hosting provider. A necessary session cookie connects your browser to the result.

A keyed hash of your IP address limits repeated requests. Hosting access logs may also record your IP and request paths. Birth details are submitted by POST rather than included in the URL. Only enter another person’s details with permission.
